Root grew out of the need to help teams improve the way they work together. Do we dare to ask for help? Can we discuss a mistake? And what happens when someone sees it differently?

Root helps the team with this, based on Amy Edmondson's insights on psychological safety. How do we respond to each other? What helps us to be open? And what can we do differently together?

This is how Root helps turn feedback into a conversation the team learns from, and attach concrete agreements to it together.

Learning happens by doing. As a team too. Going back to our roots every now and then can do no harm. Back to our Roots!
