THE FIRST CHARACTER OF OUR TEAM

Meet Pea.

Pea is the first character of the MakePeas team: a friendly face for psychological safety, practised daily.

Peas tell me! MakePeas coaches and supports employees in giving and receiving feedback, and has a team available for that. Pea too!

Pea grew out of the need to help people give feedback. You have something on your heart, but how do you put it into words? Then you call in Pea. Pea looks along with your message, awards points and explains why. What is already clear? Where do you fill something in for the other person? And what would you like to see done differently?

You choose yourself whether you rewrite the message. And do you want help with that? Then Pea helps you on your way. The words remain yours, with a little help from Pea.

Learning happens by doing. So don't keep walking around with what you actually want to say. Peas tell me!
