THE COACH FOR RECEIVING FEEDBACK

Leaf me this way

Giving feedback is one thing. But what if you are the one receiving the message? MakePeas has someone on the team for that too. Leaf!

Leaf grew out of the need to also support people in receiving feedback. Did you get feedback and you're not sure how to respond? Then you activate Leaf.

Leaf helps you with questions like: what touches you in this message? What is the other person trying to tell you? And what would you like to ask before you respond?

Leaf helps you pause for a moment and offers suggestions for your reply. Also for the conversation you want to have afterwards, in person. Because sometimes it only begins after that little message.

Learning happens by doing. Don't leave me this way when you get clumsy feedback? That is exactly what we have Leaf for. Leaf me this way!
