What is MakePeas?

MakePeas is an app that helps people give and receive feedback better. With the help of AI coaches you learn how to deliver a message clearly, respectfully and constructively. MakePeas also helps teams improve how they work together, and makes psychological safety something you can talk about and measure.

Why would I use MakePeas?

Giving feedback is not always easy. Sometimes you don't know how to say something, you're afraid of the reaction, or you don't know what to do with the feedback you receive. MakePeas helps you with that. You learn while you use the app. No lengthy training beforehand, but support at the moment you need it.

What makes MakePeas different from other feedback apps?

MakePeas doesn't just collect feedback, it also helps you do something with it. AI coaches guide you in formulating, receiving and discussing feedback. MakePeas also shows how feedback contributes to collaboration and psychological safety within a team.

Is MakePeas a training or an app?

Actually both. MakePeas is an app for exchanging feedback. At the same time you learn how to do that better and better. We call that learning on the job. You apply new insights directly in real situations.

GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK

How does giving feedback work with MakePeas?

You write your feedback the way you would normally give it. Pea, your AI coach, assesses your message and shows what works well and what could be better. You get points and an explanation. Then you decide for yourself whether to adjust the message. Pea can help you with that.
